**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Protection & Privacy Analyst to join our team in a remote data entry role. As a key member of our Digital Technology group, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our data assets. **Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and evaluate data protection and privacy requirements and policies at local, national, and international levels
* Develop and implement data protection and privacy solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data protection and privacy controls
* Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks
* Develop and maintain data protection and privacy policies and procedures
* Provide training and awareness programs to employees on data protection and privacy best practices
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy
* Strong understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies at local, national, and international levels
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines, and to handle multiple tasks concurrently
* Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
**Preferred Qualifications**
* CISA certification
* Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security
* Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles
* Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles
* Experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products
* Ability to interpret non-compliance and determine its impact on risk and/or average effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity program
