As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable technology solutions that meet the needs of our customers and employees. You'll work with modern architectures, data analytics, and virtual solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our data. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and implement data protection and privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop technology solutions that meet data protection and privacy requirements * Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to ensure employees understand data protection and privacy policies and procedures * Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate data protection and privacy risks * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to enhance data protection and privacy **Qualifications** **What's Required to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)** * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field * Understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, including local, national, and international regulations * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines and multiple priorities * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship **What Will Help You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** * CISA certification * Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security * Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles * Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles * Ability to interpret noncompliance and determine its impact on risk and effectiveness of the cybersecurity program * Hands-on experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour * Opportunity to work with a global airline and contribute to its growth and success * Comprehensive benefits package, including parental leave, 401k, and travel privileges * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions **arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex recruits, employs, trains, compensates, and promotes individuals without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, physical ability, age, veteran status, or other protected characteristic as required by relevant law.
