As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth * Oversee the development and maintenance of data analytics tools and systems to support business operations * Analyze data to identify trends and develop insights to inform business decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of data-driven decision making * Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the data analytics team to ensure alignment with business objectives * Develop and implement processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and security * Collaborate with external vendors and partners to develop and implement data analytics solutions * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement **Work Liabilities** * Oversees a team responsible for daily tasks * Responsible for conveying all Pharma legally binding answering to producers inside demanded time span * This includes working with cross-functional groups to make clients * Provides directional oversight to the support and upgrade of pharma and payer entries/dashboards * This includes the preparation of Quarterly Business Audits information and information examination for both Pharma and Payer * The group will work with client preparing for both Payer and Pharma accomplices that approach these dashboards * Directs group responsible for working out all factor charges provided to accounting to help month-to-month and quarterly charging of contracted administrations for Pharma * This includes working with cross-functional groups to assist with administration across the arenaflex Venture * Advises key partners on specialized topics * Accomplices cross-functionally to decipher and characterize business needs for area of obligation to execute
