**Job Responsibilities:**
As the Director of Data Analytics for Specialty Pharmacy, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts and scientists to develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
* Leading a team of data analysts and scientists to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
* Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, and IT professionals
* Providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure that data analytics initiatives are aligned with business objectives
* Identifying and mitigating risks associated with data analytics initiatives
* Developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity

**Essential Qualifications:**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to have:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science
* At least 6 years of experience in a related field, including experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
* Proven experience in leading a team of data analysts and scientists to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Experience with data governance policies and procedures, including data quality and integrity
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* A graduate degree in a related field, such as a master's degree in data science or a related field
* Experience with advanced coding languages, including SAS, SQL, C, or similar languages
* Experience with data extraction, data mining, data securing, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts
* Experience with framework organization, including Master, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, or similar tools
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
