**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide superb customer care to clients by noting calls with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful mentality.
* Answer client messages with clear, succinct, and point-by-point guidelines.
* Information passage and examination inside different PC applications, including our internet-based list (www.arenaflex.com).
* Information and exploration orders/solicitations.
* Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
**Expected Qualifications:**
* Solid PC abilities, and involvement in MS Office including Succeed, Word, and Standpoint.
* Solid verbal and composed relational abilities.
* Great critical thinking abilities, adjusting rapidly to change, and meticulousness.
* Should have the option to perform multiple tasks and work under tension in a speedy climate.
* Proficient punctuation and composing abilities.
* Impart and function admirably with different representatives.
* Be self-roused and work without direct management.
* Bilingual in Spanish and English is an or more.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
