Position Overview
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Enterprise Risk Management Data Analyst to join our growing remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven professional who thrives on turning complex information into actionable insights. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to support enterprise risk assessment objectives, compliance requirements, and strategic decision-making across our global operations.

What You'll Do
As an integral member of our Enterprise Risk Management team, you will:
- Identify and analyze information to support a wide variety of enterprise risk management (ERM) and risk evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation awareness areas across our US and global businesses.
- Collect and process data from disparate information systems throughout our organization, designing intuitive dashboards that help stakeholders scope risks and evaluate the maturity of associated controls.
- Build custom reports as needed to address specific business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Apply expertise in analytics strategies and tools to develop defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing enterprise risks.
- Draw meaningful insights and correlations from complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders.
- Provide strategic input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis.
- Solicit feedback and support continuous improvement of our ERM and risk assessment processes.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Develop visualization standards that help stakeholders quickly understand complex risk landscapes.
What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications:
- Deep SQL expertise with the ability to write complex queries, optimize database performance, and work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, or Dataiku.
- Experience in legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment domains, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Strong ability to create impactful visualizations and use data to "tell a story" that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Programming skills using R or Python for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning new technologies and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000).
