Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant (PA) / PR starter entry-level role. As a PA / PR starter, you will work closely with Alan Edwards and the wider team, gaining hands-on experience in one of the most exciting industries in PR. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn the ropes of PR, talent management, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary Management: Managing the complex and busy schedules of the Founder and CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Event Support: Assisting in coordinating and attending high-profile events such as red-carpet premieres, music launches, and entertainment parties, providing exceptional support to the events team.
- Talent Management Support: Helping with managing relationships with top talent, ensuring smooth coordination for interviews, photoshoots, and media appearances, and providing administrative support to the talent management team.
- Office Admin: Handling daily office tasks including answering calls, emails, and general PA duties, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- PR Support: Assisting in drafting press releases, media outreach, and monitoring press coverage, providing valuable support to the PR team.
About You

Essential Qualifications
- Education: A degree in PR, Media, Communications, or related field is a plus but not essential.
