The Escalations Associate Role
As an Escalations Associate on our Genius team, you'll work overnight shifts, including weekends, to provide critical support to our customers. You'll be the last line of defense for complex and sensitive issues, using your expertise to de-escalate tense conversations, diagnose technical problems, and identify trends to prevent future escalations. Your contributions will not only resolve immediate challenges but also drive initiatives that enhance our customer experience and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- De-escalate emotionally charged exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Resolve advanced technical issues, providing clarity and assurance to our users
- Analyze resolved escalations to identify trends and develop proactive solutions to mitigate future escalations

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
