Key Responsibilities
As a Flight Operations Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Flight Planning and Principles team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing curriculum, compliance, or training support to Flight Planning
- Collaborating with Flight Planning support teams to complete project tasks as assigned
- Offering informed authority guidance to project tasks as appointed
- Adjusting or creating new training materials when required
- Tracking individual progress and reporting status of tasks to appropriate leaders
- Reviewing standard procedures and providing feedback on changes
- Performing explicit obligations as allocated by Flight Planning management
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A high school diploma, GED, or secondary school equivalency
- Strong organizational and administration skills
- Experience with Flight Operations Foundation
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- A commitment to prioritizing the safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embracing a diverse range of individuals, thinking, and styles
