**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack CAM Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and editing designs, patterns, and specifications for costumes, accessories, and other creative projects. You will work closely with our team of designers, artists, and manufacturers to bring our iconic characters and attractions to life. Your attention to detail, creativity, and technical skills will be essential in ensuring that our designs are accurate, efficient, and meet the highest standards of quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create and edit designs, patterns, and specifications for costumes, accessories, and other creative projects using Adobe Illustrator, Gerber Accumark, and other software
* Collaborate with designers, artists, and manufacturers to bring designs to life and ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Develop and maintain technical skills in CAD design, pattern making, and specification writing
* Work closely with the Costuming Department to ensure that costumes are designed and produced to the highest standards of quality
* Participate in design meetings and presentations to showcase designs and provide feedback
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective production
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our designs are innovative and relevant
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Costume Design, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in costume design, pattern making, or related field
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Gerber Accumark, and other software
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with CAD design, pattern making, and specification writing
* Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and materials
* Experience working with 3D scanning and printing technology
* Familiarity with industry software and tools, such as Cutworks, Cast Estimations, and SAP
* Experience working in a costume design or manufacturing environment
