**Job Summary**
As a Work-From-Home Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to our clients across the country. **Responsibilities**
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide accurate information to customers

* Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure a positive experience

**Qualifications**

* Basic understanding of Windows operating system
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
* Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
