As a Level 3 Specialist, you'll work closely with various departments, both internally and externally, to provide Level 3 support, direct NADCAP reviews, and lead formal training courses. If you're passionate about NDT, have excellent communication skills, and can thrive in an independent work environment, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide Level 3 support to clients, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical assistance * Direct NADCAP reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations * Lead formal training courses and workshops on NDT-related topics * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new training programs and materials * Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies * Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless project execution **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, physics, or materials science) preferred * At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or the aviation industry, with a focus on NDT * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality * Current Level 3 certification and NAS410 accreditations required; ASNT accreditations a plus * Aviation prime endorsements (e.g., Honeywell, Rolls Royce, and Pratt and Whitney) a plus * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with NDT software and equipment, including X-ray, ultrasonic, and eddy current testing * Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including NADCAP and AS9100 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Experience with training and development, including curriculum design and delivery * Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects * Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including NADCAP and AS9100 * Ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
