**Job Overview**
As a Senior Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound service inquiries, creating leads, and selling new services to our customers. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have a distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access and the ability to connect your equipment to an Ethernet outlet (25Mbps download & 5Mbps upload speeds). **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle both residential and commercial customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, bill payments, and billing inquiries, turning great service into revenue-generating contacts
* Offer creative Home Inspection leads to all customers that qualify
* Identify the needs of current and new customers and offer products to close sales and generate revenue and commissions
* Use one call resolution to resolve customer issues, utilizing all available resources
* Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships
* General knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to overcome objections and de-escalate situations
* Use computerized systems for identifying customer needs, tracking contacts, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
* Communicate with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues
* Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns
* Assist with collecting payments that have gone to collections due to non-payment
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED
* Combined 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
* Ability to use computer-related technology
* Basic knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Windows
* Ability to type 25 wpm (preferred)
* Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to meet standard KPI required metrics
* Ability to maintain professional communication and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment
* Good problem-solving skills
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
* Must be dependable and consistently punctual for all scheduled shifts
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Private home office/workspace suitable for working remotely during scheduled shifts
* Broadband internet (25Mbps download & 5Mbps upload speeds) with the ability to hardwire via an Ethernet cable
* Child/dependent care as necessary during the hours of scheduled shifts
