You will work in a hybrid role, splitting your time between our state-of-the-art call center and working from home. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and selling arenaflex products and services while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and sell arenaflex products and services via phone, email, and online chat
* Work in a hybrid role, splitting time between our state-of-the-art call center and working from home
* Utilize various tools and systems, including CRM software, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
* Develop in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive business growth
* Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least one year of customer service experience
* Call center experience preferred
* Advanced typing/keyboarding skills preferred
