As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless travel experiences, and fostering a culture of care and compassion. **Why You'll Love This Role** * Competitive hourly pay rate * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Access to exclusive employee discounts and perks **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Welcoming clients at the airport or ticket counter, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process * Monitoring the ticket counter area to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures * Assisting clients with self-service kiosks and booth operations, including printing tickets and receipts * Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with booth equipment and software * Collaborating with IT to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless operations * Confirming that clients' carry-on luggage meets FAA and arenaflex policies * Verifying and clearing travel documents, including passports and visas, for international travelers * Assisting clients with checked baggage handling, including completing customs forms and labeling * Managing lines at ticket counters based on flight times and customer needs * Activating and processing self-labeled luggage at the activation station * Moving luggage and other items throughout the ticket counter area * Assisting clients with oversized or special items, including assistive devices and sporting equipment * Referring clients to customer service specialists as needed * Performing security checks and verifying documents at stands * Assisting with the movement of non-ambulatory clients through the airport and terminal area * Providing gate information and directions to clients * Performing paging exercises to report forgotten items or request clients to return to locked bags (at select airports) * Performing other related duties as deemed necessary by management, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement **What You'll Need for Success** * High school diploma or equivalent * 18 years of age or older * Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English * Bilingual language skills may be required in certain locations * Valid driver's license as required by local authorities * Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements * Satisfy FAA criminal background investigations to qualify for unescorted access to airport security ID display areas (SIDA), if applicable * Ability to obtain necessary airport power or US Customs security IDs, if applicable * Eligibility to work in the United States **Preferred Qualifications** * Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Service Systems * Previous face-to-face customer service experience * Experience working in a fast-paced environment **Join the arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
