**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with customers from around the world in our airports and at our gates. You'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships with our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to incoming calls, welcome, and advise customers, label, and handle baggage
* Prepare tickets, determine fares, and navigate to ensure travelers' needs are met
* Collaborate with customers in a friendly and helpful way to create significant experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment
* Move forward and anticipate customer needs while maintaining high standards of accountability when resolving issues
* Work every day with a security mindset, ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest expectations
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
* Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts, lift and handle baggage
* Willingness to travel to different countries for training
* Ability to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
* Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
* Ability to meet organization participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
* Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Past airline, travel, or hospitality work experience
* Four-year degree
