**Job Summary**
As a Food Administration Group Leader at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading a team of hourly colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You'll be responsible for managing daily and weekly responsibilities, including planning and executing sales strategies, managing inventory, and ensuring that our stores are always stocked and ready for customers. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Food Administration Group Leader, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* **Managing Daily and Weekly Responsibilities**: Plan and execute daily and weekly responsibilities to meet sales objectives and customer engagement goals.
* **Leading a Team of Hourly Colleagues**: Drive a team of hourly colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
* **Managing Inventory and Stock Levels**: Ensure that our stores are always stocked and ready for customers, and that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
* **Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies**: Plan and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store Environment**: Ensure that our stores are always clean and organized, and that our customers have a positive experience.
* **Managing Customer Complaints and Feedback**: Respond to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner, and work to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
* **Leading Team Meetings and Training Sessions**: Lead team meetings and training sessions to develop and improve team skills and knowledge.
* **Maintaining Accurate Records and Reports**: Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
* **Past Retail Experience**: While not required, past retail experience is preferred.
* **Strong Knowledge of the Food Service Industry**: You'll need to have a strong knowledge of the food service industry, including sales strategies, inventory management, and customer service principles.
* **Leadership and Team Management Skills**: You'll need to be able to lead and manage a team of hourly colleagues, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
* **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, and to build strong relationships with our customers and team members.

**Preferred Qualifications**
