Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, while meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades * Use creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns * Navigate between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records * Provide effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services * Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience * Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of arenaflex's products and services * Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, and engage with your manager or support team for assistance * Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services * Perform basic troubleshooting on both products and services **What You Can Look Forward To** * Competitive hourly rate: $15.54 - $17.36 per hour, with additional compensation up to $3,000 when monthly sales goals and performance expectations are met * Excellent benefits package, including medical/dental coverage, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off * Employee Discounts of up to 50% off on eligible AT&T wireless plans, wireless accessories, AT&T Internet, AT&T phone, and AT&T wireless home phone * Paid training and additional resources to support your success * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits to help you round out your experience and stay at the forefront of the latest technology and innovations **Requirements** * Call center or customer service experience * Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours * Occasional overtime may be required * Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) * Participation in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.) **Work from Home Requirements** * arenaflex will provide all the equipment you'll need to get started (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.) * Your workspace will need to be in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.) * You will need to be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc. **Why arenaflex?** * Career possibilities are limitless with arenaflex.
