As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and experiences while ensuring seamless interactions with our clinical networks and partners. You'll work closely with our clinical teams to drive patient satisfaction, adherence, and outcomes while maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency in our services. **Key Responsibilities** * Carries out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects. * Drives the execution of various market strategies and initiatives to ensure business needs are being met. * Drives consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; checking and examining results; and implementing changes. * Guarantees region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines. * Drives provincial pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies with organizational financial objectives. * Carries out and executes patient intervention pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance. * Upholds efforts on enhancing patient experience by focusing on healthcare services (e.g., patient interviews, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, such as vaccinations, disease management, and Specialty programs). * Provides expertise, resources, training, and support to pharmacists and field administration. * Supports staff training experiences and development opportunities. * Advances collaboration and persuades pharmacy staff by encouraging a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, systems, mission, values, and guidelines of ethics and integrity. * Conducts data and clinical audits and makes vital moves to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications. * Reviews patient accounts and profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment. * Provides individualized patient/supplier counseling. * Through the utilization of exceptional interpersonal skills, wins the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy issues. * Provides feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations. * Responsible for all inquiries, exchanges, and issues which relate directly to patient treatment. * Provides clinical meetings and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as necessary. * Performs other work related to the job duties in this record as assigned by management. * Adheres to rules and procedures for all job responsibilities to meet objectives. Complies with organizational strategies and techniques, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines. * Guarantees compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations. **Essential Capabilities** * Current pharmacist license as granted by the suitable state licensing authority. * Experience in promoting colleagues to research and resolve issues. * Experience working with confidential information. * Able to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends. * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/coordinating and following details and meeting time constraints of multiple projects with varying completion dates. * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to complete targets and determining when acceleration of issues is necessary. * Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Able to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state). **Preferred Capabilities** * Ability to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary. * Knowledge of insurance plans. * Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus. * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, designing cells as money, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting borders, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets). * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, reworking, storing, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show). * Fundamental level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and column width, formatting, inserting graphics, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, and print capabilities). **Benefits of Working at arenaflex** * Health Care Benefits: arenaflex generally offers health care benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, to eligible employees.
