**Job Summary**
As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll lead a team of experts in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to prevent abuse, while also driving business growth and innovation. This is a full-time, remote position with a salary of $24/hour, and requires occasional on-call availability on weekends and holidays.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior
* Develop and implement strategies to prevent abuse, including working with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new tools and technologies
* Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze data and identify trends and patterns in adversarial abuse
* Work with the Product Management team to develop and implement new features and products to prevent abuse
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement and industry partners
* Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and trends in adversarial abuse, and develop strategies to stay ahead of these threats
* Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop and deploy new tools and technologies to prevent abuse
* Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
* 4+ years of experience in a related field, including data analysis, machine learning, and software development
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, including team management and strategy development
* Strong understanding of data analysis and machine learning concepts, including statistical modeling and data visualization
* Experience with programming languages, including Python, Java, and SQL
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on innovation and experimentation
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Postgraduate education in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
* 2+ years of experience in a related field, including data analysis, machine learning, and software development
* Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Google Cloud
* Experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including threat modeling and risk assessment
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data analysis and machine learning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on innovation and experimentation
