**Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with colleagues to drive the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models for our attractions
* Identifying areas where business issues can be addressed creatively by applying AI and machine learning
* Leading and working with cross-functional teams to execute and scale AI and machine learning solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives
* Driving innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and client communications that lead to growing top-tier AI stages
* Managing functional support and maintenance of AI and machine learning-related products and services delivered by the team
* Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space
* Productionizing machine learning algorithms in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets
* Collaborating with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews
**Your Required Capabilities and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more
* 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
* Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies
* Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, and more) and SQL social and non-social datasets
* 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool
* Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines
* Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
* Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions
**Your Preferred Capabilities**
While not required, experience in the following areas would be a plus:
* Docker
* Control frameworks
* Kubernetes
* Cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud stage
* Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
* Agile development techniques
* Automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
