We're excited to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Key Information Researcher, where you'll play a key role in directing the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (ML) model development for our attractions. As a member of our team, you'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences with intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex.
**About the Role**
As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and scale ML solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives. You'll drive innovation, idea validation, and client communications that lead to the development of top-tier AI stages. Additionally, you'll manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with research and colleagues to drive ML methodologies and identify areas where business issues can be addressed creatively by applying ML.
* Lead and work with different specialists and data researchers to execute and effectively scale ML solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives.
* Drive innovation, idea validation, and client communications that lead to the development of top-tier AI stages.
* Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
* Build standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space.
* Productionize ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets.
* Collaborate with different teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce effective code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews.
**Required Capabilities and Abilities**
* 2+ years of experience in Python and with predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more.
* 2+ years of master-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
* Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Article Arranged Programming Configuration Examples.
* Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, even, and more) and SQL social and non-social datasets.
* 2+ years of experience with Wind stream or another data workflow management tool.
* Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and the expected outcome major areas of strength for and, relational abilities, and determination to complete responsibilities.
* Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions.
**Favored Capabilities**
* Experience with Docker.
* Experience with control frameworks.
* Experience with Kubernetes.
* Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform.
* Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Experience with Agile development techniques.
* Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development.
* Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau).
* Experience with audio analysis.
* Experience with text analysis.
**Education**
* Master's of Science in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation.
* Preferred: Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar technical foundation.
