**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of AI and ML models for our attractions. As a Key Information Researcher, you'll work closely with internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences with intelligent and data-driven systems. You'll be responsible for leading and collaborating with other specialists and data researchers to execute and scale ML solutions, driving innovation and growth, and managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences with intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex Encounters (DX)
* Lead and work with other specialists and data researchers to execute and scale ML solutions
* Drive innovation and growth by developing and implementing new AI and ML models
* Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services
* Build standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space
* Productionize ML calculations in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more
* Assess the performance of ML models on real-world datasets
* Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance
* Coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews
**Required Capabilities and Abilities**
* 2 years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more
* 2 years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
* Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies
* Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (e.g., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets
* 2 years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool
* Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines
* Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes
* Strong systems integration engineering skills, able to transform new tech into business solutions
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Experience with Docker
* Experience with control frameworks
* Experience with Kubernetes
* Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform
* Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
* Experience with Agile development methodologies
* Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
* Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau)
* Experience with audio analysis
* Experience with text analysis
**Education**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field
* Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field
