Our team is passionate about making a meaningful impact, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this exciting journey. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in our Clinical Research and Evidence Generation team, working closely with our experts to design and execute advanced data analysis projects. You'll be responsible for extracting insights from large datasets, developing predictive models, and creating data visualizations to inform business decisions. Your expertise will help us drive innovation, improve patient outcomes, and stay ahead of the competition. **Key Responsibilities** * Extract insights from large datasets, using advanced data analysis techniques and tools * Develop predictive models to forecast patient outcomes and treatment responses * Create data visualizations to communicate complex insights to stakeholders * Collaborate with our Clinical Research team to design and execute data-driven projects * Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and integration * Work closely with our Data Science team to develop and implement machine learning algorithms * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and technology, applying new skills and knowledge to drive innovation **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) * 2+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on clinical research and evidence generation * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Favored Capabilities** * PhD or graduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) * Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare IT systems * Familiarity with clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and ontologies (e.g., ICD9/10/ReadCode) * Experience with Great Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence (RWE) studies or clinical trials * Knowledge of alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions * Experience with experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, and computational statistics **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Opportunities for professional growth and development, with a focus on data science and technology * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and innovation * Flexible remote work arrangements, with the option to work from home or our North Carolina office **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data analyst looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
