**The Role**
As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading the Adversarial Abuse and Analytics team, which is tasked with identifying and mitigating threats to user safety and security on the arenaflex platform. This includes developing and implementing strategies to prevent account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious activity, as well as analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that can inform our approach to online safety.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the Adversarial Abuse and Analytics team, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the effective identification and mitigation of threats to user safety and security
* Develop and implement strategies to prevent account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious activity on the arenaflex platform
* Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can inform our approach to online safety, including the use of machine learning and other advanced analytics techniques
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design, to develop and implement new features and tools to support online safety and security
* Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders on the effectiveness of our online safety and security efforts
* Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners and stakeholders to stay informed about emerging trends and threats in the online safety and security space
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
* 4+ years of experience in a related field, including data analysis, machine learning, and online safety and security
* 2+ years of experience leading a team, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies to prevent online threats
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
* Experience with machine learning and other advanced analytics techniques, including SQL, R, and Matlab
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategies that align with arenaflex's business goals and objectives
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Postgraduate education in a relevant field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics
* 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and identifying trends and patterns
* Experience or demonstrated interest in online safety and security, including the use of machine learning and other advanced analytics techniques
* Strong understanding of the online safety and security landscape, including emerging trends and threats
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies to prevent online threats
