We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Information Examination group, responsible for evaluating supporter adjustments across the arenaflex Streaming portfolio, including arenaflex, Hulu, ESPN, and Star.
**Job Summary:**
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our business objectives by providing accurate and timely data insights to support our business drives. You'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure the precise delivery of membership change notifications, including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new data collection. Your expertise will help us identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations, ensuring that our customers receive the necessary discounts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage data and document requirements related to supporter informing drives, including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new data collection, as well as episode remediation to ensure that the right customers receive discounts when required.
* Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers of supporters for informing and remediation.
* Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.
* Develop a solid understanding of supporter adjustments and the technical framework underlying subscriber data.
* Oversee project planning and timelines and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events.
* Drive alignment across Information, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of solid communication processes and functional playbooks.
* Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2 years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline
* 2 years of analytical experience
* Proven ability to convey technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
* Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
* Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
* Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
* Postgraduate education
* Knowledge of Wind current
