* Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient data pipelines using a combination of Local AWS services and Amazon internal tools and technologies.

* Develop and maintain data structures and tools for internal and external partner use to manage and analyze data.
* Perform code audits and ensure that best practices are followed for ETL and data cleanliness by colleagues and supporting teams.
* Stay up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to improve data engineering practices and processes.
**A Day in the Life**
As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including:
* Gathering and analyzing requirements from business partners across various verticals, such as Membership, Sales, Invert Strategies, Finance, and more.
* Designing and implementing new data ingestion solutions using a mix of Local AWS services and Amazon internal tools.
* Maintaining and improving existing data ingestion solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs and adhere to advancing guidelines and corporate standards.
* Building and maintaining data structures and tools for internal and external partner use to manage and analyze data.
* Performing code audits and ensuring that best practices are followed for ETL and data cleanliness by colleagues and supporting teams.
**About the Team**
The Ring Data Warehouse team at arenaflex is responsible for managing the integrated data repository for Ring. We collect and distribute data from various internal and external sources, which are used by different partners, such as Ring Item design, Finance, Inventory network, Advertising, Customer service, and Sales data. We're a collaborative and dynamic team that's passionate about data-driven decision-making and customer satisfaction.
**Essential Capabilities**
* 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on data design, warehousing, and ETL pipeline development.
* Experience with SQL and data modeling.
* Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance.
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Experience with AWS technologies, such as Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions.
* Experience with modern programming languages, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS.
* Experience with non-relational databases and data stores, such as object stores, document stores, graph databases, and time-series databases.

**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of living across various US geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $105,700/year in our lowest geographic market to $205,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on various factors, including market area and may vary depending on work-related information, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a comprehensive pay organization, and subject to the position offered, value, sign-on payments, and other types of pay may be provided as part of a comprehensive pay package, in addition to a full range of clinical, financial, and other benefits.
