**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team of innovators and problem-solvers. As a key member of our AI and Machine Learning (ML) development team, you'll be responsible for driving the creation, deployment, and maintenance of ML models that power our attractions. With a passion for customer service and a love for all things Disney, you'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, collaborating with our team of experts to deliver world-class experiences for our visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be accountable for:
* **Driving Innovation**: Collaborate with our research and development team to identify areas where business challenges can be addressed through the application of ML.
* **Leading ML Methodologies**: Work with our team of data scientists and researchers to develop and deploy ML solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives.
* **Executing and Scaling**: Lead and work with cross-functional teams to execute and scale ML solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and infrastructure.
* **Innovative Work**: Drive innovation, ideation, and proof-of-concepts that lead to the development of top-tier AI stages.
* **Functional Support**: Manage the functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
* **Standardization**: Develop standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space.
* **Productionization**: Productionize ML models in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets.
* **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews.
**Required Capabilities and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **2+ years of experience** in Python and predictive modeling, with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more.
* **2+ years of experience** in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
* **Proficiency** in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies.
* **Master-level experience** in structured and unstructured data (e.g., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets.
* **2+ years of experience** with Windstream or another data workflow management tool.
* **Experience** with version control systems like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
* **Experience** in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, with strong relational skills and a commitment to delivering results.
**Preferred Capabilities**
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
* **Docker**
* **Control frameworks**
* **Kubernetes**
* **Cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud stage**
* **Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence**
* **Agile development methodologies**
* **Automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment**
* **Data visualization and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau)**
* **Audio analysis**
* **Text analysis**
**Education**
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is required. A Ph.D. in a related field is highly desirable.
