As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional customer support. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the arenaflex family from the comfort of your own home, with no prior experience necessary – just a passion for customer service and a love for all things Disney! **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with internal partners to drive the development and implementation of AI models, leveraging machine learning methodologies to identify areas where business issues can be addressed creatively. * Lead and work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to execute and scale AI solutions that deliver exceptional visitor experiences and push the boundaries of functional objectives. * Drive innovation, ideation, and proof-of-concepts that lead to the development of top-tier AI platforms. * Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team. * Develop standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialized units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. * Productionize ML models in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and other areas, and assess their performance on real-world datasets. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals in improving system performance, coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews. **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and others. * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile development methodologies. * Master's-level experience in structured and unstructured data (e.g., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets. * 2+ years of experience with data workflow management tools like Windstream or similar. * Experience with version control systems like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and expected outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and make decisions. **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Docker. * Experience with orchestration frameworks. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform. * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence. * Experience with agile development methodologies. * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment. * Experience with data visualization and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau). * Experience with audio analysis. * Experience with text analysis. **Education** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. * Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (desired). **What We Offer** * A dynamic and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. * A competitive salary and bonus structure. * The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact. * A fun and supportive team culture that values work-life balance. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about customer service and AI development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
