**About the Job**
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Specialist who can lead the development and execution of exceptional events from face-to-face to virtual and hybrid events in India for both external and internal audiences. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for project management, key thinking, execution, and the smart use of resources to achieve maximum impact. You will work closely with a team of experienced event professionals, PR, Content, and Marketing teams to create and deliver innovative events that showcase arenaflex's content in a unique and engaging way.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Innovative conceptualization, creation of inventive proposals and pitches
* Collaborate with key partners across various disciplines to adjust and refine event concepts
* Ingenious key strategist and inventive problem solver
* Ability to turn quickly and maintain a positive and humorous attitude
* Informed leader on all events, proactively seeking input and perspectives from cross-functional partners, including title and market marketing experts, Photograph and AV Studio, Article and Publishing, to deliver effective event campaign strategies
* Produce innovative and high-quality experiences that are consumer-driven and unique to arenaflex
* Flexible to mix or virtual events, with knowledge of the latest tools, platforms, and technologies to bring our vision to life
* External vendor and office management and oversight
* Provide team with key guidance on procurement of scenes, vendors, entertainment, and event-related requirements
* Strong project, budget, and time management skills, within tight deadlines
**Competencies and Qualifications**
* 4 years of event experience, ideally from media outlets that includes managing, executing, planning, and staffing events at an organization, studio, company, or with a brand (experience in film or TV awards campaigns is a plus)
* Self-starter who can work independently, and under pressure, while consistently practicing smart intuition even when faced with ambiguity
* Ingenious key scholar and inventive problem solver
* Ability to turn quickly and maintain a positive and humorous attitude
* Articulate what's not expected to convey an effective mission
* Be straightforward and unafraid to challenge, clarify, or get around obstacles
* Nimble with careful attention to details
