**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our crew across various disciplines, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance our improvement process. You'll collaborate with our Artwork, Layout, and Engineering groups to streamline our workflow, generate candidate answers, and weigh tradeoffs to ensure the adoption of effective solutions. Additionally, you'll be accountable for assisting, developing, and preserving our proprietary engine-specific and custom gear.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines
* Preserve, extend, and aid our present development gear
* Build and guide custom asset pipelines
* Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
* Collaborate with our crew to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement solutions
* Assist in the adoption of effective solutions by the team
* Develop and maintain our proprietary engine-specific and custom gear
**Essential Qualifications**
* A strong passion for empowering others to excel in their roles
* Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
* Enjoy working with custom standalone gear
* Experience growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines
* Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and JavaScript
* Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with custom game engines, including Unreal or Unity
* Familiarity with JavaScript and Net Tech
