**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Designing, creating, and managing the execution of flexible manufacturing cycles and systems for specific data center products
* Improving processes for cost, quality, and flexibility
* Collaborating with Planning, Product Management, and Operations teams to identify and address potential manufacturing bottlenecks in early development stages
* Analyzing and interpreting complex production data to drive informed manufacturing strategies
* Identifying and implementing solutions to advance performance and efficiency across the supply chain
* Leading the assessment, qualification, and key development of contract manufacturers with a focus on future capabilities and growth
* Utilizing Product Information Management (PIM) frameworks to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Design Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O)
* Leading the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to align design and BOM structures
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
* 4-year certification in Electrical Designing, Cycle Designing, Assembling Designing, or similar relevant experience
* 10 years of experience as an Assembling, Quality, Reliability, or Product Designer
* 6 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
* 5 years of experience in planning and execution of civil high-voltage applications in data center development
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Graduate degree in Science or a related field
* Experience directing yield improvements and process duration reductions for high-volume and high-complexity parts
* Experience with LEAN... Assembling/5S/8D practices
* Experience in charging data centers
* Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
