**The Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for:
* **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks.
* **Process Improvement**: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
* **Collaboration**: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
* **Problem-Solving**: Troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
* **Communication**: Effectively communicating with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior leaders, to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive the development of new products, capabilities, and competencies based on a deep understanding of customer, business, and technology needs.
* Participate in concept development and user experience design, integrating customer research, usability research, and market evaluation into actionable product requirements.
* Lead customer-centric strategic initiatives to drive commercial business results, enhance customer stories, and boost agility in product development.
* Force products through development, testing, and launch, advocating for the best outcomes.
* Write and prioritize capabilities for new products and product upgrades, balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders.
* Ability to navigate and negotiate with internal partners, including IT, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and more, to outline and pivot product desires.
* Display product facts and customer feedback post-launch. Conduct A/B tests and check & learns in partnership with virtual platform teams to refine features and enhance customer engagement.
* Collaborate closely with IT teams and oversee the successful shipping of products.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in product development.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Deeply curious, enjoys creative problem-solving, has a robust interest in data and a can-do mindset, and enjoys working at the intersection of tech and business.
* Strong customer awareness and knowledge of customer empathy.
* Enjoy working with colleagues to ideate and outline business capabilities in Rally or a similar tool; prioritizing features based on business/customer value and feasibility, accomplishing product owner check validations.
* Ability to navigate technical, regulatory, and verbal complexity in large multi-workstream initiatives.
* Proven strategic thought leadership to increase and iterate the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring global reusability.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple project priorities and drive flawless execution in a rapidly changing, highly matrixed environment.
* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact and impact colleagues and senior leaders.
* Previous experience in an Agile or Scaled Agile product development environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data entry software and systems.
* Knowledge of financial services industry and regulations.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
* Experience with project management tools, such as Jira or Asana.
* Certification in product development, Agile, or related fields.
