**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to support our Sales and Marketing team in managing client data, communicating with advertising partners, and maintaining internal spreadsheets. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing campaigns and the delivery of exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Sales and Marketing team in adding new client data to our custom tracking platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate with new and current advertising partners through email and instant messenger, providing timely and effective support.
- Maintain and update internal advertiser spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Provide written and oral updates on campaign details, guidelines, and restrictions to the rest of the team.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our marketing operations, including campaign strategies, tactics, and metrics.
**Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, marketing operations, or a related field.
