**Why you'll love this role**
* As a member of the Data Innovation Group within the Data Innovation Division, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of arenaflex.
* You'll be responsible for supporting end-users in all aspects of client computing, including software/hardware installations, upgrades, and general maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals.
* You'll resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals, answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk, and contribute to desktop projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member.
* You'll remotely resolve and close demands using remote tools, investigate and collaborate with other departments to help with system-related issues, record client interactions in incident management software including resource management, and recover data from hard drives or perform data migration.
* You'll uphold remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations, introduce and configure local and network-based printers, and perform security support.
* You'll work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and be ready to come in on short notice and travel as required.
* You'll follow management direction, comply with IT strategy and procedures, and perform other duties as mentioned.
**All you'll need for success**
* **Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience/preparation.
+ 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues.
+ Should have firsthand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment.
* **Preferred Qualifications**
+ A+ certification
+ MCSE/MCP certification
+ Past IT experience in an Aircraft/Airport environment
**Essential Skills, Licenses, and Certificates**
* General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10
* Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems
* Familiarity with VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues
* Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment
* Should be able to lift at least 50 pounds
