**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Science Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Designing and implementing data-driven solutions that inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
* Leading cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and achieve strategic objectives
* Developing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business growth
* Staying up-to-date with industry-leading best practices and emerging trends in data science and analytics
* Collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth
* Managing budgets and financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals
* Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team
* Developing and implementing training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
* Building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and creativity
**Essential Capabilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience with data analysis and statistical programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, and SAS
* Strong knowledge of data science and analytics tools and techniques, including machine learning and data visualization
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business initiatives
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in a business setting
* At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, or cross-functional team leadership experience
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
**Preferred Capabilities**
