Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full Stack Insurance Sales Executive to join our team in a remote work opportunity. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and fostering relationships with clients, and meeting and exceeding targets. Responsibilities
- Learn and Master Our Sales System: Learn our sales process and system, schedule appointments with clients, and meet with them virtually to present insurance solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and Foster Relationships: Build and maintain close relationships with clients to ensure their policies are placed and they are protected. This will lead to referral opportunities, portfolio growth, and a positive impact on their lives.
- Meet and Exceed Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly individual goals for yourself, demonstrating your ability to drive sales growth and meet the needs of our clients.
- Track Progress and Results: Monitor your activity and key metrics to ensure you are on track to meet your goals. This will also enable your mentor to provide coaching and guidance to help you grow in the role.
- Ability to Learn and Grow: Be willing to learn new products, carriers, and our process to improve your ability to help clients achieve their goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 1-2 Years of Sales Experience: You should have a proven track record of selling a product or service, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Coaching and Motivation: You should be extremely coachable and motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
- Relationship Building: You should have excellent ability to manage and build relationships with clients, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Goal-Oriented: You should have a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve success.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: You should have advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating, with the ability to effectively present insurance solutions to clients.
- Unrelenting Drive: You should have an unrelenting drive to understand and meet the needs of prospective clients, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- CRM and Technology Skills: You should have familiarity with CRM systems, Google Suite, and the ability to work remotely.
