**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Physician Assistant to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to our patients. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you'll work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of our patients.
**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Physician Assistant at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to our patients, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advising, and demeanor making arrangements.
* Perform managerial duties, including but not limited to opening/shutting the facility, stock, patient movement, checking insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
* Be responsible for managing patient arrangements and performing steering assessments to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
* Perform duties including talking with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
* Encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings, social health, and health, ongoing conditions management.
**Required Capabilities**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following capabilities:
* Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advising, and demeanor making arrangements for our patients. This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) prevention, and safer sex practices.
* Order and administer vaccinations and injections (including but not limited to COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine guidance and education.
* At least two years of clinically relevant experience or the equivalent.
* Complete the SpO2 affirmation test within 30 days of employment.
* Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, not limited to but including Spanish.
* Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing mouth-to-mouth and operating a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED).
* Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required.
**Preferred Capabilities**
If you have less than one year of work experience as a licensed provider, earlier student precepting experience with arenaflex is preferred but not required.
**Education**
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to possess one of the following:
* A graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice licensure to practice in the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) role.
* Or in select states, a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other healthcare-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice licensure to practice in the job.
