Our Customer Insight Center is a critical component of our customer experience strategy, and we are seeking a talented product manager to lead the development and execution of our customer analytics and insights initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Product Manager – Customer Analytics and Insights, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our Customer Insight Center product strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with arenaflex's customer experience and business objectives * Defining and prioritizing product requirements, features, and functionalities that meet customer needs and drive business growth * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality customer analytics and insights solutions * Ensuring that our customer analytics and insights solutions are secure, trustworthy, and compliant with industry standards and regulations * Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our customer analytics and insights initiatives * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, and identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation * Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and technical teams, to ensure that our customer analytics and insights solutions meet their needs and expectations **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 7 years of experience in product management, or * 9 years of experience in product management or related field **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following preferred qualifications would be an asset: * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably leading customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products * Experience in developing comprehensive digital experiences, with a strong understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design principles * Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive products and services that support a comprehensive culture **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong product management skills, with experience in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform product decisions * Experience with customer analytics and insights tools and technologies, including data visualization, machine learning, and artificial intelligence * Strong understanding of data security and protection principles, with experience in ensuring that customer data is secure and trustworthy * Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
