**The MSP Team: Driving Innovation Across Mechatronics and Packaging**
The Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging (MSP) team at arenaflex is a dynamic and forward-thinking group of professionals who are passionate about driving innovation across all aspects of Mechatronics and Packaging. Our primary role is to develop and implement strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including Operations, RME, ACES, Supply Chain, Transportation, WW Design, and more, to ensure we deliver robust products that effectively integrate into the arenaflex Fulfillment network.
**The QA Virtual Testing Team: Validating System Level Requirements**
The QA Virtual Testing team at arenaflex is responsible for developing and executing all virtual system test plans (simulations) to validate system level requirements, meet customer deliverables, and ensure integrated system performance across all sub-components. Our team creates simulation environments to early validate and stress-test end-to-end solutions, ensuring new solutions are ready for operation, maintenance, deployment, process-, and MHE- (Material Handling Equipment) integration, service, and support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develops, implements, simulations, and HIL to virtually validate end-to-end solutions, with real-life software
* Virtually ensures that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process-, and MHE- integration, service, and support prior to delivery
* Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
* Communicates quality standards and parameters to the product team to include hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams
* Coordinates simulations and testing processes
* Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
* Connects with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviews client, customer, and user feedback
* Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree (BS)
* 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modelling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise
* Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing
* Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management
* Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully
