Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing strategic and technical support to audit client cases connected to Amazon frameworks and ventures * Offering process guidance to audit business applications and cloud services for consistency with our strategies and researching application integration issues with APIs, project clients, and Amazon services * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues related to Amazon technology products (e.g., services, tools, data solutions, etc.) * Directing clients on how to effectively use APIs/Amazon services, teaching them about best practices, and investigating execution and design issues * Identifying valuable opportunities and taking calculated risks with client technical decisions * Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Partner Tasks within the senior management association * Collaborating with a team of Hat and security engineers to organize exercises and address the responsibilities outlined above **Key Responsibilities** * Effectively manage integration projects with a set of External applications and partner integrators that need to be integrated into the Amazon Buy with Prime merchant contributions * Work with 3P partners to set and meet achievements to deliver high-quality integration projects on a quarterly basis * Manage a team of Hat directly reporting to you in various areas, such as onboarding, heightening, and career development objectives * Collaborate with internal and external clients/groups to define requirements, test data integrity, confirm business processes, and deliver product contributions * Partner to offer technical support to the development, PM, and SA teams on documentation, confirmation best practices, security risks, investigating, and testing * Closely work with partners and internal security teams to configure, propose, and execute on industry-level best practices related to security and risk for SaaS applications and 3P integrations * Manage the functional relationships with partners of small to large business-level organizations and ensure their products are ready for launch * Provide support and key technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively assist in safeguarding your partner's security and application architecture. **A Day in the Life** In this role, you will work closely with a team of technical account managers, internal product and development teams, and a wide variety of technology partners and project clients to deliver high-quality, performant, and business-critical solutions. You will define processes that enable the team to scale, and design tools that ensure developers can validate their answers and integrations. You and the team will provide critical feedback to the sales support teams and internal development teams on how the technical integrations and applications work with both the client tech stack and internal APIs. **Fundamental Capabilities** * For this position, we anticipate a minimum of 4 years of work experience in a technical account management role or similar positions * BA in software engineering or an important technical degree is required * SME status in at least one service (AWS, APIs, Integration testing) and understanding of the engineering and functional boundaries of 3P applications, enough to handle integrations successfully * Experience with functional boundaries and investigating for the following: Security/Applications Development in a distributed systems environment * Internal project or external client-facing experience as a technical lead * Ability to comply with time constraints, focus on responsibilities among growing needs, maintain attention to detail, and work independently * Data-driven and shows great working knowledge of metrics, KPIs, and SLAs and puts them into practice in delivering results * Experience managing remote teams with diverse experiences and scope of skills **FAVORED CAPABILITIES** * Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership standards requirements for this role * Meets/exceeds Amazon's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role * 3 years of experience in driving and managing direct reports and teams * Willingness to work in a rapidly changing, challenging environment * Experience as an SME and thought leader for project teams, developers, and internal colleagues * Experience collaborating with multiple functional teams Architects, Designers, and Product Managers * History of managing and investigating technical projects * Strong written and verbal communication skills **USA Job Market Trends** Here are some standard traits that have been affecting the job market in the United States.
