Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team and provide essential outpatient services through our telehealth program. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient services to patients through our telehealth program, utilizing evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to address mental health and substance use disorders.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals and promote optimal well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry trends.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and workflows as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Masters in Social Work or related field (e.g., counseling, psychology) from an accredited institution.
• Valid LMSW license in the state of New York.
• At least 6 months of therapy or assessment-related experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Comfortable with technology, pace, and change, with a growth mindset.
• Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish or other languages.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing cultural competency.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments.

• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and intervention skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $63,000-$66,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Additional compensation for providers fluent in Spanish.

Work Schedule and Environment:

• 100% remote work arrangement, with flexible scheduling options.
• Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm EST schedule, with no on-call or weekend requirements.
