Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use freight or luggage services, and resolve related issues and grievances.

- Handle various aspects of ticketing and registration, including working with a modernized retail location system, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and settling related issues.
- Process transactions, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balance daily exchanges.
- Check in baggage and freight, answer phone calls to provide information to guests, page customers, resolve issues or grievances, and assist as needed.
- Manage misused customers due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and resolve such issues quickly and within established rules.
- Provide current and accurate flight information, schedules, reservations, and answer general questions from customers and guests.
- Complete forms and reports as required by the organization, including writing abnormality and complaint reports as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
