Key Responsibilities

- Assist in scheduling intramural and interscholastic contests, planning and scheduling regular practice sessions, and maintaining accurate records of attendance, insurance, and other related documents.
- Establish and enforce performance criteria for academic eligibility, ensuring that our student-athletes meet the necessary standards to participate in interscholastic competition.
- Foster a culture of sportsmanship and respect, promoting positive behavior and enforcing code of conduct standards among our student-athletes.
- Recommend the purchase of equipment, supplies, and uniforms as necessary, ensuring that our team has the resources needed to compete at the highest level.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous successful coaching experience in girls' soccer, with a proven track record of developing talented players and achieving competitive success.
