Qualifications
To be successful as a Health Assistant at blithequark, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a service-based environment, with a Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Relevant background experience in insurance settings, telephonic customer service, medical offices, Health Plans, social services, behavioral health, counseling, healthcare coordination, pharmacy tech, benefits specialist, health coaching, case management, exercise, and health education
- High agility and comfort in a high-paced, innovative, technology-driven environment
- Knowledge of consumer health plans and terminology, as well as an understanding of how patients use and access healthcare
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based environment, demonstrating high levels of personal accountability and empathy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen, talk, and type simultaneously through multi-channel communications
