**Your Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Connecting with customers**: You'll engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.
* **Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues**: You'll use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to calm customers and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Escalating interactions**: When necessary, you'll escalate interactions to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
* **Tracking call-related information**: You'll maintain accurate records of customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Providing feedback**: You'll offer constructive feedback on call issues to help us improve our services.
* **Upselling**: You'll have the opportunity to upsell products and services to customers, helping them to get the most out of our offerings.

**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this position.
* **Minimum of 6 Months of Customer Service Experience**: We're looking for individuals with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
* **Must be 18 Years of Age or Older**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
* **Ability to Type at Least 25 Words per Minute**: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute to meet the demands of this position.
* **Comfortable with Desktop Computer Systems**: You'll need to be comfortable using desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
* **Customer Service and/or Sales Experience Preferred**: While not required, customer service and/or sales experience is preferred for this role.
* **College Degree Preferred but Not Required**: A college degree is preferred but not required to apply for this position.

**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Internet Requirements**: You'll need to have a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps. Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms. Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN. Proof of internet speed is required.
