About the Role
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative working remotely in California, you will be the spark that brightens days and ignites your career. What You Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind. You should have:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Recognized, applied, and explained product or service knowledge to resolve customer issues
- Computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
- High-speed internet connection (25mbps or higher) and a dedicated workspace for remote work
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
