**What to Expect as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex**
As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and friendly support to our customers. Your primary duties will include:
* Answering incoming phone calls and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers with portal navigation, registration, password resets, and other technical issues
* Documenting calls in detail and providing accurate information utilizing available resources
* Interacting with team members, management, and customers professionally while meeting production targets
* Adhering to client's SLAs and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
**What's Required to Succeed in this Role?**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or G.E.D.
* Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service experience
* Proficient in personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, and OneNote
* Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills
* Experience in the healthcare industry with Medicaid knowledge strongly desired
