You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and having the opportunity to grow and challenge yourself. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
