Hall's Development/Offices Group, a part of the Hobby Lobby family, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Apprentice to join our team in California. As an HVAC Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our facilities team by providing on-site preventive maintenance and repair services for our commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site preventive maintenance on equipment such as RTUs, air handlers, rack warmers, and exhaust fans.
- Perform various repairs and follow instructions to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Work collaboratively with the facilities team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a team-based environment.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience in commercial HVAC service and installation.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A valid Driver's license.
- The ability to work in a team-based environment with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- Previous experience working in a commercial HVAC environment.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Experience working with a variety of HVAC equipment, including RTUs, air handlers, and rack warmers.
